| Annexation petition for a +/- 5.01 acre tract at 520 Crestmont Dr (PIN 5630-98-4419) in the City of Concord’s ETJ. City Council reviewed the preliminary application for sewer at the July 11, 2024, regular Council meeting which was submitted due to an existing, failing septic system. While City water is available, the applicant wishes to remain on well water, as the existing well is in compliance and functional. At that time, Council voted to have the applicant proceed to the final application phase including the voluntary annexation process as outlined in Section 62-81 of the City Code prior to residential sewer service application. |
