2018-12-05 06:00 PM Board of Adjustment Board voted to draft a decision to uphold the developer's claim. 1. The 650 residential units does not include the commercial village portion. 2. That the intention is to allow a maximum of 135,000 square feet of commercial floor area, with a buildable height up to 100 feet tall, and there is a net density of 18 residential dwelling units per acre in the commercial area, and whereby the residential floor area is not part of the 135,000 square feet. 3. That the City of Concord's decision was not inconsistent with the 2030 Land Use Plan. The draft of the decision will be reviewed at the next Board of Adjustment meeting.
